From the outside and the lobby, this property was the spectacle I wanted. The rooms are all under construction/renovation, so they were in rough shape. I’d be interested to see how they end up. I’d hold off until they are done. Staff was lovely, but the room, hallways, and mattress are all pretty rough at this point.

What a unique property! The staff was so helpful and the property was right adjacent to the river. It was a short drive to the Falls and you could easily visit the Canada side from there too. Breakfast was awsomse!! Would highly recommend especially if you are looking for something not your typical chain hotel and a more boutique type experience.

Disappointed with the bar area. Many beer options - which I dont' drink...very limited wine and cocktail selections. Bar staff was not knowledgeable of drinks - couldn't make any suggestions/recommendations... then finally prepared a lousy cocktail that I just ended up paying for and not drinking. Disappointing because we were looking forward to having drinks and relaxing before going to our room. Also very limited food selection. I'll make sure to pick a place that has a decent bar and room service next time.

This hotel is beautiful and updated. The room itself was clean but there was hair in the shower. The biggest downside was the pool/hot tub, the pool was DISGUSTING it was completely cloudy you couldnt see into it, there was bush debri and twigs from outside in it and HAIR clumps of hair floating in the water. It was very busy the weekend we stayed so on top of that the pool & hot tub was swarmed with kids that werent always being supervised and if they were they were just ya know being kids but when theres no moving around space in the pool and your just getting splashed constantly kinda a bummer. But the breakfast was DELICIOUS the employees were so welcoming and lovely which is why I had a hard time rating it the way I did but unfortunately I book hotels for the ratings and the pool.

The room was clean and staff were friendly. We extended the stay by another night, but no one every came to the room so we didn't expect to reuse towels left on the floor. We asked for new towels, which were provided, but it was a very strange situation.
